As Manager of Operations for Joffe Emergency Services, I wrote and edited the internal newsletter and provided content for the Joffe website. The company is dedicated to providing safety consulting, EMTs, and security to schools, events, and venues - subjects I knew next to nothing about before working there. Through research and interviews, I created resources for clients and EMTs.
